Discipline to Self. Alignment to Purpose.‍

My fitness practice is rooted in discipline, structure, and daily recalibration.

I train and teach at Agoura Hot Yoga & Pilates, a boutique hot room studio that serves as my foundation for physical, mental, and energetic alignment. Twice weekly, I lead the 6AM Silent 26&2 practice: a 75-minute meditative Bikram series built to develop strength, sharpen focus, and restore the body's connection to clarity and control.

The hot room demands presence. It removes distraction, sustains intensity, and creates the conditions for genuine transformation, physical, mental, and systemic.

This practice reflects how I lead. Anchored in discipline. Performing through intensity. Executing with clarity, control, and intent.

Discipline creates clarity. Clarity creates alignment.

Alignment allows performance.
