I am a lifelong athlete, artist and high-performance leader. Whether it’s business, relationships, or movement, I operate at the highest level of intensity, with clear instincts, and precise execution.

I am drawn to beauty, nature, structure; geometry, architecture and truth. I understand how intention shapes energy, and thus, strive to make every environment, space, team, and relationship I am part of inspired, ordered, and aligned.

I am a classically trained actress with a BFA in Acting and a third-year residency at Shakespeare’s Globe in London; storytelling lives in my bones. My personal expression comes through photography, visual composition, and curated beauty.

I am a Virgo (9/20), a perfectionist through and through. I thrive in order, crave clarity, and find power in routines and systems that ground creativity into tangible results. All clichés apply, and then some.

Above all, I am a mother. My 7-year-old son is the center of my universe and the mirror to my purpose. Everything I build, in work and in life, is rooted in love, truth, and family.

My mission is to create positive change through aligned action, purposeful expression, and intentional impact.
